John Christopher Gregory (JC)
Is responsible for Gregory's Interrelated Model of the Motivation to Undertake and Sustain Training. This Doctoral thesis has seldom seen the light of day but may in years to come be adopted by some large corporate organisation and used as guidance when determining the reasons why an individual may choose to take up or avoid training in the workplace.
JC lives in Portsmouth, England and a brief C.V.
can be found by selecting the appropriate link from the menu. When asked if JC had any weaknesses on a reference form, a wise man once responded "His love of hot chillis and singing Elvis Presley songs." If they were his only weaknesses he may have gone a lot further in life. He continues to work towards what he hopes will be an early retirement so that he can spend more time enjoying the great outdoors whilst searching for the wisdom that will
make him a wise old man. (By his own admittance, he still has
a long way to go).
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with
all thy getting get understanding.
Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee
to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of
glory shall she deliver to thee.
Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy
life shall be many.
I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in
right paths.
When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when
thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for
she is thy life.
